| 1. Can I get a sample? Yes, each product has a "buy it now"option for a sample via paypal. If you are not comfortable ordering through paypal or would like to request a special sample please contact us at orders@pinkorchidinvitations.net. 2. How long will it take to assemble and ship orders? After you approve your proof it takes 2-3 weeks in the Fall and Winter and 3-4 weeks in Spring and Summer to assemble and ship. Programs tend to take longer to make then invitations. Monograms are the exception and they usually take 1-2 weeks to design and ship. 3. Do you accept RUSH orders? Yes!! We do accept them. Please contact us for a price quote and for more information at info@pinkorchidinvitations.net 4. Do you accept returns? We only accept returns IF the finished product deviates from your approved proof. If it does, we will redo the order to your satisfaction! That's why it is very important to double check all proofs before approving them! 5. How do I order from you? We accept orders via email at orders@pinkorchidinvitations.net. You may also use the "Contact Us" form to order as well. Quotes are also answered via the "Contact Us" form. We invoice our clients via Paypal's secure payment system. It protects our clients and it protects us, so we use it as our main payment system. We also accept money orders and personal checks as payment. Checks are made out to Pink Orchid Invitations. 6. How do you ship? We ship samples via regular mail unless requested otherwise. Regular Orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail. Rushes may be different. If you live in Canada the order may be shipped Air Parcel Post, please contact us for more information. 7. How can I contact you? You can contact us at any time via email and can expect a reply within hours. Caroline is the main person to contact and you can reach her personally via her email: Caroline@pinkorchidinvitations.net. She'll try to get in contact with you asap. 8. Where are you located? We do not have a storefront at the moment as we are strictly a design business online. It keeps our costs low and the prices very affordable for our clients. But we do make house calls for consultations, please email Caroline if you are in the State College area and she will make arrangements to meet with you and discuss your design needs. |
